About Me
“Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.”
Hey there! I am a AEA Musical Theatre Performer, Body Positive Activist, rescue dog mom, Reiki Master, and Certified Crystal Healer/Advanced Crystal Master. Most days you can find me tapping my feet away at Broadway Dance Center, walking Jasper (my aforementioned rescue dog!) along the Hudson River, or having authentic chats with my best girlfriends over some tasty kombucha and cheese. People often refer to me as a “crystal goddess,’ a “badass warrior,” or the “fierce, curvy girl next door.”
In addition to having a passion for theatre, I have always been a lifelong learner.
Most recently, I graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Theatre & Performance as well as a Minor in Dance. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted into the national honor’s gold key society, won the Nicole DuFresne Award for Excellence in the Performing Arts (as voted on by Emerson’s wonderful Performing Art’s faculty), participated in Emerson Stage, and was on the Dean’s List every semester. I also participated in the Stella Adler Musical Theatre intensive online in summer 2020.
I love serving the world by authentically sharing my truth on Instagram, singing/acting/dancing my heart out, and utilizing the healing power of crystals with my clients in my business, Alden’s Energy Healing. The things I am most passionate about in life are reminding others of their worth and innate enough-ness—without the stigma and self-hatred surrounding our bodies that society has drilled into us. When I am not busy working in the rehearsal room, healing space, or onstage, you can find me meditating in my bath, doing yoga, or swinging kettlebells.
I grew up in the backwoods of New Hampshire, but I am a big city gal now—I split my time between NYC and Boston (and yes, I am available for acting and crystal healing work in both of those locations!) I love uplifting people with positivity and honesty (I am a Sagittarius so I speak LOTS of truth to power) and making genuine human connection while I creatively collaborate and crystal heal. I inspire other humans who are totally into crystals, self-love, and spirituality and want to learn more about how to actionably use these tools every day! I am lucky enough to remind them to love themselves and take action in their own lives and careers.
As an Actor, Body Positive Activist and Energy Healer, I have been featured in W42nd Street Magazine, The Actor Therapy Blog, and The Breathing Space Podcast.
If you’re dying to hear more, here are five things you might not know about me:
