Actress. Singer. Tap Dancer. Creative.

my name’s alden

I’m a AEA Musical Theatre Performer, Body Positive Activist & rescue dog mom.

Most days you can find me tapping my feet away at Broadway Dance Center, walking Jasper (my aforementioned rescue dog!) along the Hudson River, or having authentic chats with my best girlfriends over some tasty kombucha and cheese.

People often refer to me as a “crystal goddess,’ a “badass warrior,” or the “fierce, curvy girl next door.”

In addition to having a passion for theatre, I have always been a lifelong learner.

Most recently, I graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Theatre & Performance as well as a Minor in Dance. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted into the national honor’s gold key society, won the Nicole DuFresne Award for Excellence in the Performing Arts (as voted on by Emerson’s wonderful Performing Art’s faculty), participated in Emerson Stage, and was on the Dean’s List every semester. I also participated in the Stella Adler Musical Theatre intensive online in summer 2020 and their Winter Musical Theatre Immersion in 2024.

I love singing, acting and dancing my heart out!

When I am not busy working in the rehearsal room, healing space, or onstage, you can find me meditating in my bath, doing yoga, or swinging kettlebells.

I grew up in the backwoods of New Hampshire, but I am a big city gal now— I split my time between NYC and Boston (and yes, I am available for acting and crystal healing work in both of those locations!)

As an Actor, Body Positive Activist and Energy Healer, I have been featured in W42nd Street Magazine, The Actor Therapy Blog, and The Breathing Space Podcast.
